PQRS Measure Reporting Grid

PQRS is a reporting program that uses a combination of incentive payments and payment adjustments to promote reporting of quality information by eligible professionals (EPs).

The program provides an incentive payment to practices with EPs. EPs satisfactorily report data on quality measures for covered Physician Fee Schedule services furnished to Medicare Part B Fee-for-Service beneficiaries.

Beginning in 2015, the program also applies a payment adjustment to EPs who do not satisfactorily report data on quality measures for covered professional services.

Is your office reporting the PQRS measures to Medicare and capturing the additional payment? Are your Medicare payments being penalized for not reporting?

In addition to billing and management services, MBA offers an array of consulting services to healthcare providers. One of which is PQRS Measure Reporting Grid design and set up.

If your EMR system is not currently capturing PQRS information or you do not have an EMR system, MBA can help facilitate this process. Contact us today!
